Estava pesquisando o aluguel de carro para uma viagem que pretendemos fazer e observei que em alguns casos o carro elétrico está saindo mais barato que o carro a combustão para alugar.
Fiz orçamentos que tinham Model 3 abaixo de carros a combustão compacto, sedã e outros comuns
Muitas pessoas alugam diretamente de proprietários via Turo, eu escolhi utilizar uma empresa de locação para evitar alguns dos problemas que já vi pessoas tendo no Turo como o caso onde a pessoa que aluga cancela a reserva.

modelos como Bolt, Niro, Polestar 2, Teslas
Carregamento :

você pode utilizar os Supercharger e as cobranças são repassadas para o seu cartão, sem precisar de cadastro nenhum adicional
parece que os valores da Tesla são um pouco superiores
T&C indica que deve deixar limite máximo de carga em 90%
vem com carregador portátil e adaptador Tipo 1 -> TESLA ( se perder cobram USD 100, e teve gente que recebeu o carro sem, então é importante verificar antes de sair da loja)
Outras marcas, você tem que se organizar para utilizar os carregadores existentes, cadastrar em aplicativos etc
Deve devolver no nível recebido ou acima de 70% sem taxa adicional
Entre 10 e 70% pode ter taxa de USD 35 se você não pagou uma taxa para devolver nesse nível "Charge Purchase Option"
Abaixo de 10% além da taxa de 10 a 70 tem uma taxa adicional de USD 25
Charge Purchase Option (CPO):
For a fee of $35.00 at the time of rental, You can return the EV at any charge level above 10%.
Recharge Battery Fee:
If an EV is returned with less than 70% battery and have not chosen the Charge Purchase Option a $35.00 fee will apply.
Recharge on your own:
Recharge battery to the same level as when rented.
If an EV is returned with a battery charge of 10% or less an additional Undercharge Battery Fee of $25.00 will apply.

Normalmente não era possivel, mas em agosto/2023 parece que os carros com uma atualização 2023.26.1 já permitem a vinculação
You are not authorized to update the in-vehicle software at any time unless specifically requested to do so by a Hertz representative. If a software update prompt is received during your rental, please ignore this or press cancel.
If You do update the software (other than following the explicit instruction of a Hertz representative) this is at your own risk and Hertz accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever including, but not limited to, any loss of use, interruption of service, incompatibility with training materials or otherwise.

The EV will be provided to You with certain equipment for which You are responsible. You are responsible to notify Hertz if any of the following equipment is not with the EV at the time of pick up. Otherwise, You will be charged for any missing equipment at return. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) does not apply to damage or loss of the equipment provided with the EV
